Even though it’s January, Spring will be here before we know it. With Spring comes Softball season! Registration is open the Jr. Girls Softball League.
Junior Girls Softball League is a recreational softball league that is open to girl’s ages 8 to 18 years old and divided into 4 age divisions. Pre-Minor is for girls 10 & under, Minor is for 12 & under, Major I is for 14 & under, and Major II is for 18 & under. Games are played twice a week beginning in May, with an occasional Saturday game. The registration fee is $35 per player for the Pre-Minor League and $45 per player for all other leagues. Fees will increase $5 after February 20 so make sure you don’t wait to register.
Registration will be accepted at the Box Office located at the Youth & Civic Center, or on line at www.WicomicoRecandParks.org.
