Youth Spring Soccer

The Wicomico County Youth Spring Soccer League kicked off play in April. There are 34 teams through 6 age groups taking the pitch this season.

In U8 action, Lil Ace Kickers start the season 2-0 with wins over SFC and the Dolphins. SFC scored a victory over the Dolphins on opening day. State Farm FC picked up a win over SFC.

Westside Strikers and Shooters sit atop the U10 division with 2-0 records. They are scheduled to meet on Sunday May 6. Westside Strikers scoring wins over SFC Auscare and Squirrels on Fire. Shooters picking up wins over SFC PAFP Green and the Gladiators. SFC PAFP Green would rebound for a victory over SFC Auscare. SFC PAFP Whiter picked up a win over Squirrels on Fire. Gladiators and SFC Auscare battled to a 0-0 tie on opening day.

Sharptown and Salisbury Tsunamis are 2-0 in U12. Sharptown picked up wins over SFC Auscare and SFC Old Pro Golf. Salisbury Tsunamis picking up wins over SFC and Hebron/Westiside. Hebron/Westside picked up a victory over SFC Old Pro Golf on opening day. SFC Auscare and SFC battled to a 1-1 draw on Sunday.

Three teams are 2-0 in the U14 division. Mardela picked up wins over Eastside and Wicomico Dragons. Wizards scored victories over Wicomico Dragons and Eastside. Snow Hill United start with wins over Bandits and Wicomico Dragons. Bandits scored a 4-3 win over Eastside. Wicomico Dragons picked up a win over the Bandits on opening day.

In U17 action, Sharptown Fire Dept. are 2-0 with wins over Dry Tech Ballers and Mighty Turtles. Westside are 2-1 with wins over Dry Tech Ballers and Sharptown. Delmar Varsity picked up a win over Westside on opening day. Sharptown scored a win over Mighty Turtles.
